Neobehaviorism
As researchers noted problems and exceptions to the
behaviorist concepts, new theories emerged which retained
some of the behaviorist concepts but deleted others, and
added new ideas which later came to be associated with the
cognitive views of learning.
The neo-behaviorists, then, were a transitional group,
bridging the gap between behaviorism and cognitive theories
of learning.
